Detailed Descrption:<ul><li>Own and publish master build schedules aligned with capacity and customer commitments through monthly reviews</li><li>Own the strategy &amp; provide guidance behind the schedule for the planning team to manage day-to-day maintenance and execution</li><li>Deconflict and prioritize material constraints for past due orders</li><li>Ensure closed-loop feedback between planning and production to continuously refine system inputs</li><li>Improve visibility and communication of shortages, delays, and priorities across departments by implementing proactive shortage tracking and capacity checks</li><li>Lead recurring shortage reviews with Supply Chain to prevent last minute disruptions</li><li>Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans and ensure leadership visibility</li><li>Establish and track planning KPIs (OTD, WIP aging, MPS adherence)</li><li>Monitor manufacturing order aging and drive timely execution to reduce WIP stagnation</li><li>Audit MRP recommendations to ensure alignment with actual demand, lead times, and inventory strategy</li><li>Implement exception-based reporting to flag anomalies in MRP outputs and drive corrective actions including:</li></ul><ul><li>1) Review and maintain manufacturing parameters (e.g., lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) to ensure MRP accuracy</li><li>2) Validate BOM and routing accuracy to prevent planning errors and production delays</li></ul><ul><li>Standardize planning processes/documentation and implement cross training to support scalability, onboarding &amp; elimination of single point of failures</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve schedule stability</li><li>Mentor and develop the planning team for stronger overall effectiveness</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role in manufacturing environment</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills required</li><li>Experienced skills in Microsoft applications required</li></ul>In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Relays requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
