This role will involve leveraing your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored engineering solutions that drive sales growth.Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.</li><li>Address technical queries from clients.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met with precision.</li><li>Conduct detailed product presentations for potential customers tailoring software demonstrations to meet client requirements.</li><li>Provide feedback to the product development team and sales leadership to enhance offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured company</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Project Management Exposure: Familiarity with project coordination and tracking.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while handling complex tasks.</li><li>Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing requirements.</li></ul>Other skills:<ul><li>Strong grasp of software development principles, debugging, and performance optimization.</li><li>Understanding of operating systems, networking, and database management.</li><li>Systems analysis and integration, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability between different software, including AI.</li><li>Experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining software.</li></ul>Location: Lainate (MI)Benefits: Welfare and company canteenJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
