We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design instructionally sound training programs incorporating principles of the ADDIE model and Gagne's Nine events</li><li>Create training content incorporating the adult learning principles and that appeals to learners with varied learning styles</li><li>Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and developing methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness</li><li>Analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design</li><li>Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process</li><li>Create supporting materials/media (Audio, video, simulations, role-plays etc.)</li><li>Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course</li><li>Maintain project documentation and course folders</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:<ul><li>At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Postgraduation or degree in HR management, business administration, technical field or equivalent  </li><li>Certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
