Actuará como principal punto de contacto con los clientes, gestionando consultas y trabajando para resolver cuestiones relacionadas con entregas y servicios.Responsabilidades principales:<ul><li>Elaboración de ofertas de repuestos (principalmente en el área de Water Infrastructure - WI).</li><li>Gestión de órdenes de servicio para reparaciones de equipos de nuestras marcas (Flygt, Wedeco, etc.).</li><li>Tramitación de órdenes de venta relacionadas con productos y servicios de WI.</li><li>Gestión de órdenes de servicio de Rental, vinculadas a reparaciones y mantenimiento de equipos de alquiler.</li><li>Administración de contratos de mantenimiento de equipos en funcionamiento en clientes.</li></ul>Calificaciones requeridas:<ul><li>+5 años de experiencia laboral relevante en funciones similares.</li><li>Experiencia en el sector industrial y en talleres.</li><li>Español nativo; inglés avanzado (deseable).</li><li>Dominio de Excel y buen manejo de ERP y bases de datos.</li><li>Orientación al cliente y fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas.</li><li>Excelentes capacidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.</li><li>Actitud colaborativa, orientada a desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con socios comerciales.</li><li>Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.</li><li>Compromiso con la gestión integral de procesos (end-to-end).</li><li>Conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión de PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).</li></ul>Beneficios:<ul><li>Seguro médico y de vida.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
