This opportunity will provide the ability to move into advanced technical/business positions performing life cycle analysis (LCA), greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) modeling, carbon intensity analysis, market analysis of renewable fuels, project leadership, client and contract management.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>General administrative support to the RNG-Technical Services operations team.</li><li>Participate in company’s objectives within the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) compliance programs.</li><li>Collect recurring monthly documents and data from clients operating RNG facilities.</li><li>Populate recurring monthly greenhouse gas (GHG) emission models.</li><li>Maintain a recordkeeping tracker and report status to supervisor.</li><li>Update internal recordkeeping database with changes in regulations.</li><li>Archiving documents with high attention to detail and organization.</li><li>Support team leads during client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements.</li><li>Perform QAQC on data collection and inputs on the tracker of renewable fuel inventory.</li><li>Fill out monthly transactional statement templates with facility specific inputs.</li><li>Send out emails to clients for completed forms, questions, and information requests.</li><li>Facilitate facility specific data requests for third party auditors.</li><li>Assist with quality assurance protocol (QAP) functions.</li><li>Frequent processing and validating of large amount of Excel data.</li><li>Routine check-ins and reporting with Operations, Account Managers and with Supervisors</li><li>On-going development of systems and procedures to improve efficiency.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience, and Certification:<ul><li>Fluent English (spoken, read and written).</li><li>Proficiency in technical/business communication is expected.</li><li>Must be eligible to work in Hungary.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
