In addition to driving executive operations, you’ll shape how the Via and its leaders show up publicly: managing socials, creating compelling materials, and liaising with external stakeholders and the media. If you thrive at the intersection of execution, communication, and visibility, we want to meet you.This role has an in-person expectation of 4–5 days per week<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Serve as a right-hand partner to Via’s CEO, acting as an extension of their time, energy, and judgment</li><li>Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision and thoughtfulness</li><li>Manage and elevate the CEO’s and company’s social media platforms by creating compelling content, executing a cohesive social media strategy, and tracking and optimizing engagement to strengthen brand and executive presence.</li><li>Track and analyze data from social media platforms, web traffic, and other sources to measure campaign effectiveness</li><li>Identify target demographics and develop tailored content to capture their attention and interest</li><li>Stay informed about the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure content is continuously optimized for performance </li><li>Develop compelling decks, briefing documents, talking points, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences</li><li>Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier execution and communication</li><li>Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality</li><li>Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operations</li><li>Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tech, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus</li><li>Skilled in social media management, content creation, and external communications; adept at building narratives that enhance executive and brand visibility </li><li>Unflappable under pressure: you stay calm, clear-headed, and focused when the stakes are high</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks on your watch</li><li>An exceptional communicator with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment</li><li>A trusted partner and collaborative teammate who knows when to lead and when to follow</li><li>Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented: you’re always two steps ahead</li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting on the fly</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
