If you thrive at the intersection of execution, communication, and visibility, we want to meet you.This role has an in-person expectation of 4–5 days per week<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Serve as a right-hand partner to Via’s CEO, acting as an extension of their time, energy, and judgment</li><li>Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision and thoughtfulness</li><li>Manage and elevate the CEO’s and company’s social media platforms by creating compelling content, executing a cohesive social media strategy, and tracking and optimizing engagement to strengthen brand and executive presence.</li><li>Track and analyze data from social media platforms, web traffic, and other sources to measure campaign effectiveness</li><li>Identify target demographics and develop tailored content to capture their attention and interest</li><li>Stay informed about the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure content is continuously optimized for performance </li><li>Develop compelling decks, briefing documents, talking points, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences</li><li>Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier execution and communication</li><li>Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality</li><li>Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operations</li><li>Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus</li><li>Skilled in social media management, content creation, and external communications; adept at building narratives that enhance executive and brand visibility </li><li>Unflappable under pressure: you stay calm, clear-headed, and focused when the stakes are high</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks on your watch</li><li>An exceptional communicator with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment</li><li>A trusted partner and collaborative teammate who knows when to lead and when to follow</li><li>Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented: you’re always two steps ahead</li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting on the fly</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
