We are looking for a person that can help facilitate and strengthen the collaboration with our stakeholders by enabling transparency of product roadmaps, release plans, and feature development progress. Support the Head of Product, Product Owners, and Product Development teams in fostering direct stakeholder engagement rather than acting as an intermediary.What You'll Do: <ul><li>Facilitate joint sessions with stakeholders (Release Plan reviews, Roadmap reviews, Sprint and Multi-team refinements) and ensure stakeholders actively interact with Product team. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the Head of Product and Product Owners in preparing all product related presentations and clarifying Product Backlog Items that will be reviewed ;</li></ul><ul><li>Support Head of Product in designing and establishing processes to ensure that new feature requests are properly evaluated, scoped, planned, and delivered ;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure feature development status is transparent and directly visible to the stakeholders, using shared tools and open information radiators. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote frequent direct conversations between stakeholders’ representatives and teams, reducing reliance only on “status reporting.” </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and support solving collaboration impediments for systemic improvement. </li></ul> What We're Looking For: <ul><li>Background in Product Management or corporate consulting </li></ul><ul><li>Strong facilitation and collaboration skills </li></ul><ul><li>You can talk “corporate” and can adapt your style depending on the situation </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in enabling stakeholder engagement in complex product environments. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to foster transparency and trust-based relationships. </li></ul><ul><li>Curiosity, humility, and a mindset of continuous learning. </li></ul> How to Apply   To apply, please send us a link to two short video (max 2 minutes each) where you answer the following two questions: <ol><li>Why do you think you are a great candidate for this position at GreenFlux?  Be specific! avoid generic answers that could apply to any tech company.
