We believe great design starts with deep customer problem understanding, then extends across every touchpoint of the user journey.As Director of Product Design, you will lead the existing Product Design team to create design solutions that turn sustainability into a competitive advantage for our B2B customers. This is who we’re looking for: Qualifications 🏆 <ul><li>8+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years leading design teams in B2B environments</li><li>Track record of designing and shipping impactful B2B SaaS products</li><li>A portfolio showcasing system-level design thinking across different customer journeys</li><li>Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and information architecture for enterprise software</li><li>Proficiency, or proven curiosity, in modern design tools, prototyping workflows, and design operations</li></ul> Nice to have ➕ <ul><li>Previous experience working on ESG related topics</li><li>AI fluency including both designing AI-powered user experiences and leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity</li><li>Experience working in a SaaS company ideally in the B2B Enterprise space</li><li>Fluency in French is a strong plus.
