Our Purpose To transform the way we use energy, protect resources for future generations, and give people the freedom to focus on life. Hours: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Overtime as required.  At WaterFurnace, we are looking for experienced and ambitious workers and, in return, we offer a starting wage of up to $20.00/hour depending on experience.    We also offer a facility that is CLIMATE CONTROLLED, in addition to: <ul><li>Double time paid after 48 hours worked</li><li>Employee bonus program - up to 5% of your GROSS wages (dependent upon the overall performance of the company)</li><li>Attendance bonus - up to $660 annually for entire year</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Holidays</li><li>401K Plan with employer match up to 4%</li><li>Group Health Insurance Plan with no deductibles</li><li>Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment</li><li>Company events for yourself and your family</li></ul> As a Brazer, your accountabilities will include the following:<ul><li>Must know how to braze copper to:<ul><li>Copper</li><li>Dissimilar metals</li><li>Stainless </li><li>Cupronickel</li></ul></li><li>Knowing to solder will be a plus. </li><li>Ability to maintain pace of assembly line.</li><li>Maintain high level of quality work.</li></ul> A high school diploma or GED is required. </div></div>
