The Technical Development Manager (TDM) has overall responsibility to support the projects during the opportunity and development phase by managing the engineering, supply chain and project control resources and workstreams to deliver a consistent EPC Technical and Commercial offer to Business Development.The TDM is the key liaison between Solutions and Business Development and reports directly to the Business Developer (Project Manager). He is supported in the Line Organisation by the engineering, supply chain and project control department. The TDM shall assess the pre-feasibility of the project using his own technical knowledge, which is mainly civil works but also electrical related and manage front-end engineering studies by using internal or external resources. With his own strong knowledge of the construction local cost and the support of the supply chain team, the TDM shall deliver a cost competitive EPC budget considering the specific site conditions, risks and grid interconnection solution(s) of the projects. Main responsibilities <ul> <li>Gather relevant information and input from the Business Development Department to support the preparation of deliverables required for various investment decisions.</li> <li>Coordinate and plan the internal resources and workstreams across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Control to ensure smooth and efficient documentation and project delivery.</li> <li>Oversee all technical workstreams during the early phases of Solar and Wind projects, including pre-feasibility studies, front-end engineering design, site assessments, and the development of technical specifications in contracts.</li> <li>Lead the development of technical concepts and solutions for projects, identifying optimal options from technical, commercial, and execution perspectives during early project stages.
