For more information, visit www.cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Lead large-scale agile programs in the telecom domain, ensuring delivery alignment with client business objectives in network planning, deployment, and operations.</li> <li>Serve as the first point of engagement with a strategic telecom client, building trusted relationships and demonstrating the firm’s value to expand future opportunities.</li> <li>Partner with client executives, Product Owners, and SMEs to define program objectives, priorities, and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure program success.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to introduce automation, AI, and workflow optimization within telecom operations.</li> <li>Track and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones with clear communication to leadership and client stakeholders.</li> <li>Act as a thought partner to the client, bringing best practices from agile transformation and telecom consulting engagements.</li> <li>Provide executive-level reporting and insights that highlight program value, business impact, and expansion opportunities.</li> <li>Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and client operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Requirement to be local to Dallas, as significant onsite presence is required.</li> <li>Strong background in telecom domain required.</li> <li>Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager, Release Train Engineer, or similar role leading complex programs in the telecom industry.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in client-facing consulting roles, ideally serving as the initial engagement lead.</li> <li>Strong background in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Portfolio Management).</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Miro, Confluence).</li> <li>Ability to balance delivery leadership with strategic consulting, uncovering opportunities for further client engagement.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-stakes client environments.</li></ul> Additional Information:  Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $130,000.
