These systems support all Nordic business units within Vattenfall that have customer relations. Your Role  As a Functional Application Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring that stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained. You will contribute actively to quality assurance processes to make sure that the solutions meet business requirements.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders.  </li><li>Monitor system activities on a daily basis. </li><li>Handle and resolve incidents. </li><li>Create functional and technical designs for error corrections, minor enhancements, and projects.  </li><li>Ensure implemented changes fulfill business needs and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. </li><li>Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments.  </li></ul>
