AECOM is looking for an accomplished AVP, Design-Build Manager to lead some of the East Coast’s most complex and high-profile transportation projects. Many projects assigned are distinguished by their magnitude or program complexity, requiring that more than one person be involved.</li><li>Acts independently or as a team leader representing IE with consulting firms and is responsible for ensuring that the final product of the project or program team reflects the original scope and budget requirements.</li><li>Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.</li><li>Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met.</li><li>Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership.</li><li>Implements and oversees risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential program risks.</li><li>Develops and presents regular program status reports to executive management and stakeholders.</li><li>Mentors and develops junior program managers and team members to build organizational capacity.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies throughout program execution.</li><li>Negotiates and manages complex contracts with vendors and partners to support program objectives.</li><li>Leads change management efforts to facilitate successful program implementation and adoption </li></ul>
