<ul><li>Preparation of structural calculation reports, design calculations using Excel and other in-house software, and analysis of load transfer mechanisms.</li><li>Excellent technical skills in design for Concrete structures.</li><li>Able to correlate and interpret the data shared by supporting interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the other disciplines.</li><li>Familiarity with international codes, including Eurocodes, American codes, Australian standards, and British Code of practices.</li><li>Able to work effectively in a diverse team spread across various geographical locations</li><li>Familiarity with various software packages, ideally including MIDAS, Autodesk Robot, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE, with a preference for experience in Finite Element Analysis.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety in design and related practices</li><li>Performs and ensures quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Flexible to adopt new challenging tasks as per business requirements.</li></ul>
