Join our Intellectual Property team and help guard the ideas that could feed the world.<h2>Tasks</h2>Where you’ll contribute – and what you’ll learn<ul><li>Trade-secret landscape mapping – You’ll research global regulations and best practices while discovering how companies keep their crown-jewel know-how truly secret.</li><li>Living IP playbooks – You’ll draft crisp internal briefs and updates and pick up the art of translating legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance for scientists and engineers.</li><li>Trademark portfolio growth – You’ll coordinate new filings and status tracking while seeing how strong branding is built and defended worldwide.</li><li>Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) studies – You’ll analyze third-party patents, spot white spaces and flag risks and learn to balance innovation speed with legal safety.</li><li>Innovation-funding scouting – You’ll screen public grants and incentives for IP projects while understanding how clever financing accelerates R&amp;D investment.</li><li>Internal IP-tools build-out – You’ll help structure data and automate routine checks and gain hands-on experience with legal-tech approaches that make workflows sing.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Law student, ideally specializing in IP (patents, trademarks, trade secrets).</li><li>Solid grasp of IP fundamentals and a genuine appetite for technology.</li><li>Analytical mind, organized work style and confidence to work independently – with support whenever you need it.</li><li>Fluency in English; Portuguese or German is a plus.</li><li>Nice-to-have: interest in legal tech, databases or patent analytics.</li></ul>Commitment: 20 hours per week for 6–12 months, starting in October.<h2>Benefits</h2>What’s in it for you<ul><li>A front-row seat to how deep-tech startups build, value and defend intangible assets.</li><li>Mentorship from in-house professional.</li><li>A mission-driven culture where every role helps reshape our food system.</li></ul>Ready to protect ideas that could change the world?
