What you will do:  Support operational performance in the US region by implementing an IE strategy that enables productivity improvement. This role will be responsible for monitoring and planning capacity and utilization, and future plant operating plans aligned to a 5-year capital and financial plan, partnering with Finance and Supply Chain organizations. In addition, this role will partner with Operations to develop lean strategies for employee incentive pay systems, support ergonomic programs and material flow analysis. This role will have indirect reporting of Industrial Engineering roles at the manufacturing plants.The Regional Industrial Engineer is a part of the OPEX team based out of our HQ in Milwaukee, WI.
