Oversees any trials and/or validations that pertain to the specific project, responsible for and ensures proper documentation of any and all activities required for the project.</li><li>Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and products.</li><li>Directs project team and activities to implement new products, improve production techniques, develop test procedures, and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.</li><li>Active participates/supports in safety and lean/continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>HSE Responsibilities:</li><li>Responsible to conduct thorough risk assessments for new products and processes to identify potential hazards.</li><li>Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize health, safety, and environmental risks.</li><li>Regularly review and update risk assessments as new information or changes in processes occur.</li><li>Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols for new product introduction activities.</li><li>Ensure all team members are trained on relevant safety procedures and protocols.</li><li>Ensure all team members understand their HSE responsibilities a</li><li>ped to perform their tasks safely.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve HSE practices related to new product introduction.</li><li>Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance safety and environmental performance.</li><li>Participate in HSE audits and inspections, and address any findings promptly.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Is self-motivated and thrives in a fast –paced, team-driven, “lean” systems environment, where every day brings new projects and challenges.</li><li>Travels to customer locations as needed.</li><li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
