<div> About the role BURN is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Payroll Audit and HR Data Manager to lead internal payroll audits, HR data management, and analytics. This role ensures payroll accuracy, strengthens internal controls, improves data quality, and delivers actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organisation.
