This attorney will be a trusted advisor and act as lead counsel for complex financing transactions, including securitizations, forward flows and warehouse lines that facilitate sustainable solutions for homeowners. Draft, revise and negotiate key transaction documents.</li><li>Strategic Legal Guidance – Advise senior leadership on financing strategies and structures, risk allocation, and market trends. Provide practical solutions that balance legal risk with business objectives.</li><li>Cross‐Functional Leadership – Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Treasury, Compliance, and Operations to align legal strategy with business goals.
