The flight test engineer is primarily responsible for developing flight test plans and coordinating flight test activities including test cards, briefings, participating in and leading control room operations, debriefing and data analysis. In collaboration with test pilots and system experts, you will prepare program documentation including test plans, test reports, and hazard analyses. Given the innovative technology you will frequently apply first principle thinking to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies, in addition to established flight test practices. Your responsibility will also include support of certification flight test programs.
