Work with complex electromechanical systems from prototype through production deployment.</div><br><br><h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3><ul><li>Assemble and test drone and radar platforms</li><li>Perform harness integration and electrical assemblies</li><li>Support field operations and maintenance protocols</li><li>Execute builds using CNC machining, manual tools, and fabrication equipment</li><li>Perform quality control on incoming materials and finished assemblies</li><li>Troubleshoot electromechanical systems and implement design changes</li><li>Support production scaling and process improvement</li></ul><h3>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>High school diploma with technical training (welding/manufacturing preferred)</li><li>3+ years hands-on experience with electromechanical systems</li><li>Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding (aluminum, steel, stainless)</li><li>Experience with CNC operation, manual machining, and precision measurement</li><li>Basic programming skills (Python preferred)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience with aerospace or drone systems</li><li>Knowledge of electrical harnessing and PCB assembly</li><li>CAD software familiarity (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)</li></ul><br>
