What You’ll Do	•	Lead Choco’s global event and partner marketing across the US, UK, and EMEA — trade shows, conferences, activations, and industry collaborations.	•	Turn AI innovation into compelling brand experiences and measurable pipeline growth.	•	Partner with senior leadership (including our CEO) to craft high-impact keynotes, panels, and presentations that stand out.	•	Manage all elements of event operations — from creative booth design and merch to flawless logistics — with precision and style.	•	Work with regional teams and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life on time and on budget.	•	Track and optimize event performance — not just for attendance, but for business impact and brand lift.	•	Run campaign operations in HubSpot (emails, forms, lists, analytics) and maintain content on our event pages and campaign hubs.	•	Use AI tools to move faster, personalize more, and automate smartly.
