As Construction Manager, you will be an integral part of an experienced and international team and responsible for delivering high-quality charging stations across Belgium, with a main focus on Wallonia. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our architects, project managers, network development managers, and our external construction partners. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>The planning of construction (reviewing execution drawings, defining specifications, tendering works and scheduling the delivery of goods),</li><li>Overseeing change management and resolving issues on-site during the execution process</li><li>Supervising construction quality, health &amp; safety compliance, site acceptance, and final account closure.</li></ul>As such, you will frequently be on our construction sites, where you will be able to demonstrate negotiation skills, commercial judgement, setting high quality standards and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel.You can work from home or in our co-working space in Brussels. Apart from that, you'll regularly visit our office in Ghent to meet the tem and work together.
