The Engineering Review Board (ERB) is the primary dispute-resolution body of the Engineering Society, providing a neutral third-party perspective to Society matters where appropriate. The team primarily operates the Engineering Societies grievance process and supports maintaining &amp; reviewing Engineering Society Governing Documents. Additional focus this year will be put on maintaining a precedent document for ERB decisions, and acting as a resource for students looking to understand governing documents better. 4 General Members of the Engineering Review Board sit as voting members on the team, supporting decision-making on grievances received, and additional matters related to ERB operations. Positions are 1-year terms, time commitment is low, however, dependent on the influx of Society dispute matters. For the role of General Members of the ERB, we are looking for someone who has: <ul><li>Conflict Resolution Skills </li><li>Strong Communication Skills </li><li>Strong teamworking skills </li><li>Interest in policy &amp; procedure review </li><li>Interest in supporting grievance processes  </li><li>Strong intrapersonal skills and approachability</li></ul>Deadline to apply: Tuesday, September 23th at 11:59 PM Note: Interviews will be held on September 25th and 26th in person.
