Our solutions accelerate the transition to clean energy and save money for energy customers.</span></div><div><span>The Position</span></div><div><span>We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team and help launch our software products successfully. In this entry-level role, you’ll support product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage while collaborating with cross-functional teammates. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build hands-on experience in both technical and project-based work. Roughly 25–50% of your responsibilities will be technical, including SQL queries, data validation, and testing.</span></div><div><span>This role is based in India and requires working evening hours therefore working hours can be between 9:30 AM - 11:30 PM IST, However, working hours are going to be 9 hours per day as per the policy with needed flexibility depending on season or project, flexibility is expected to align with our North American teams.
