Your mission Overview: The overall purpose of the Junior O&amp;M Asset Manager role is to assist with contractual and statutory compliance for a portfolio of O&amp;M contracts, in line with company safety, quality and management systems. The key objectives are to help maximise the production from client assets, whilst in parallel ensuring that the O&amp;M department achieves a high level of financial and safety performance.    The ideal candidate will be from a financial, legal or administration background, ideally with some experience of maintenance procedures or operating assets. A high level of interpersonal skills, knowledge of basic contract law and a degree of financial literacy is required to be successful in this role. This is a permanent role which is primarily office based in Cluj  The Successful candidate will also be required to contact occasional site visits and engage with Greencells customers as part of a cross functional working party to improve service delivery. The role will also require close collaboration with the Financial, Legal and Quality Management Departments  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensures that photovoltaic power plants meet the established service and operational level performance agreements as stipulated in SLAs;</li><li>Critically Reviews new SLA and liaise closely with legal to recommends favourable terms for the O&amp;M team</li><li>Review service activity reports and report findings to clients as required;</li><li>Undertake the preparation of reports according to the SLA requirements;</li><li>Performs and/or reviews availability and PR calculations</li><li>Assist and undertakes all required monitoring activities, including participating in the weekend on-call rota.</li><li>Monitor critical accounts to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution;</li><li>Manage daily activities and assist in resolving outstanding issues around the sites;</li><li>Work closely with the field services teams to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, including health and safety requirements</li><li>Liaising with internal GC dedicated teams, ensuring that product defects are promptly and efficiently escalated to the manufacturer;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets, prepares payment orders for services received and invoicing for contractual fees</li><li>Aid with problem resolution for customers on escalated product issues and invoice disputes;</li><li>Provide Sales assistance in demos and/or customer site visits;</li><li>Compiling and preparing quotations of additional technical services;</li><li>Regular reporting and updating of internal KPIs;</li><li>Other duties commensurate with the role</li></ul>  Your profile Ideal Requirements: <ul><li>Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;</li><li>Excellent problem solving, and ability to critically think and take appropriate decisions;</li><li>Strong computer and networking skills including the ability to work with Word, Excel and various other MS Suite applications;</li><li>Ideally 1-2 years in a Solar O&amp;M role but any O&amp;M in any industry will be an advantage</li><li>A degree or college equivalent in a relevant technical discipline such as electrical/ electronic/ communications/ civil/ mechanical/computers etc. Additional diplomas in a business related discipline or other postgraduate degrees will be an advantage.</li><li>Demonstrable understanding of Legal and finance concepts is highly desirable</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding clients</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English;</li><li>Willingness to participate in on-call rotas;</li></ul> What we offer We offer<ul><li>Be part of a professional, open, and very friendly team</li><li>Many opportunities for professional and personal development</li><li>Dynamic work environment, spanning many countries and cultures</li><li>Working from home days  </li><li>Training courses, coaching sessions, mentoring from experience colleagues</li></ul>
