Your mission Overview: The overall purpose of the Junior O&amp;M Asset Manager role is to assist with contractual and statutory compliance for a portfolio of O&amp;M contracts, in line with company safety, quality and management systems. The key objectives are to help maximise the production from client assets, whilst in parallel ensuring that the O&amp;M department achieves a high level of financial and safety performance.    The ideal candidate will be from a financial, legal or administration background, ideally with some experience of maintenance procedures or operating assets. A high level of interpersonal skills, knowledge of basic contract law and a degree of financial literacy is required to be successful in this role. This is a permanent role which is primarily office based in Cluj  The Successful candidate will also be required to contact occasional site visits and engage with Greencells customers as part of a cross functional working party to improve service delivery.
