Your role will focus on the core civil engineering discipline, associated with roadworks, stormwater drainage &amp; flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries. How you’ll make a difference:<ul><li>Understanding of urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing</li><li>Ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage</li><li>Familiarity with site grading and level design</li><li>Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation</li><li>Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD)</li><li>Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints</li><li>Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical)</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting</li></ul>As you progress through our recruitment process, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred discipline and location, along with second and third choices. To be considered for this role, please choose either "Civil - Water" or "Civil - Infrastructure (Hwys)" as your first preferred discipline.
