We are looking for an experienced leader with the essential skills to further improve and develop the Sustainability Reporting unit.The Sustainability Reporting unit has 4 employees and is part of the Financial and Sustainability Reporting and GBS Finance department in Statkraft. The function shall ensure standardisation, high quality and efficient processes related to sustainability reporting in addition to supporting business areas and other support functions related to sustainability reporting.Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver high quality sustainability reporting to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for annual and quarterly sustainability reporting process</li><li>Operational management of our Sustainability Reporting Systems and further develop these in collaboration with Digital Finance and IT</li><li>Support business areas and support functions in matters related to sustainability reporting including training</li><li>Expert function in the accounting standards (CSRD/ESRS)</li><li>Manage group sustainability audit process</li><li>Identify, prioritize, design, and lead initiatives and projects to improve systems, compliance, efficiency and quality of the reporting processes</li><li>Responsible for the Sustainability Reporting network with stakeholders across the organisation</li><li>Drive the process and change management across stakeholders</li></ul>
