Vattenfall is looking for a Group Business Continuity Officer (BCM) to Corporate Security &amp; Resilience. The main task of the function is to provide governance and operational support throughout the Vattenfall Group to ensure mitigation of security related risks as well as regulatory compliance in the countries where we operate. The position of Group Continuity Officer, responsible for Business Continuity Management on Group level, is a key role for developing security and resilience within Vattenfall.The position entails responsibility for:<ul><li>Develop and maintain business continuity related governance, procedures and guidance</li><li>Chair and participate in groups and forums dealing with BCM on Group level</li><li>Drive training and exercise activities for the benefit of all Vattenfall Group</li><li>Support BCM-work on Business Area/Business Unit/Staff Function-level, including training, exercises, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans etc.</li><li>Lead BCM-work for processes that are critical on a Group level and includes more than one BA/BU/SF</li><li>Build up awareness and competence throughout the Vattenfall Group on why continuity planning is important for the company.</li></ul>Moreover, the position will:<ul><li>Ensure interactions with relevant governmental bodies in the countries in question and co-ordinate with business stakeholders</li><li>Follow the development and uphold external contacts within the area of BCM, for example regarding international standards and best practices, and ensure suitable Vattenfall implementation</li><li>Lead the development of necessary governance from a national perspective, to be included in, and ensure alignment with Group steering</li><li>Ensure that the work with BCM is aligned with other fields within the resilience area such as Incident Management and Swedish Civil Defence.</li></ul>
