In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and helping them troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing with their solar systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their solar systems and the services we provide.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.</li><li>Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system</li><li>Work closely with our installation and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in the solar or renewable energy field, preferred but not required</li></ul>Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
