The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all functions related to the process of Accounts Payable. You will make an impact in this role by:<ul><li>Monitoring vendor aging and work with internal resources to release blocked invoices for payment.</li><li>Processing outgoing cash payments to vendors.</li><li>Resolving vendor disputes by partnering with appropriate internal contacts.</li></ul> Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Developing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.</li><li>Working with receiving and buyers to resolve invoices blocked for payment to reduce AP aging.</li><li>Gathering information for external auditors.</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service to vendors and other stakeholders.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and complete records and documentation.</li><li>Assisting with ad hoc projects and requests as needed.</li></ul> Critical skills and attributes for this role include:<ul><li>Dependable, able to follow instructions, responsive to management direction.</li><li>Accepts responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments.</li><li>Must have strong communication skills.</li><li>Must act in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
