You will be playing a vital role in ensuring process capability, stability, inline process quality test, continuous improvement, and quality metrics and reporting. Create value through collaboration and promote flawless execution.  What You’ll do: <ul><li>Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Verifying that materials from suppliers meet our quality standards before they enter production.</li><li>Measurement System Analysis &amp; Gauge R&amp;R: Ensuring our data is reliable and our tools are accurate.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Cleanroom Compliance: Setting and maintaining standards to ensure our production environment meets strict cleanliness requirements.</li><li>Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitoring baseline processes to catch issues early and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Particle Monitoring: Tracking particles count in clean and dry rooms to prevent contamination.</li></ul> Skills You’ll Need:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Hands-on experience in manufacturing desired.</li><li>Proficient in core Quality Engineering tools: Measurement System Analysis, Gage R&amp;R, SPC, Process Control Plans, SOPs, Traceability Systems, and Process Capability Analysis.</li><li>Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating requirements and timelines in cross-functional R&amp;D environments.</li><li>Disciplined approach to statistical methods for experiment design, data analysis, and process control.</li><li>Familiarity with MES systems and quality management system requirements; experienced in developing and implementing control plan methodologies.</li></ul>  Nice to have: <ul><li>Experience with JMP or similar data analysis tools preferred.</li><li>ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.</li><li>Industry experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing strongly preferred.</li></ul><div> <div> </div><div><div>ONSITE: This position is required to work onsite 5 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position.  As an on-site R&amp;D and manufacturing operations organization, in-person face to face interaction is essential to building authentic relationships, trust, teamwork, and collaboration.  Compensation &amp; Benefits: Expected salary range for this role is from $66,050 to $105,700, and a final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background.
