POSITION SUMMARY: The Total Rewards Optimization Analyst supports the execution, administration, standardization and optimization of assigned Total Rewards programs. The incumbent will support collaboration with key stakeholders to gather information on existing programs, assist in documenting program parameters, and contribute to process simplification to achieve standardization across the total rewards function.
