We are seeking for an Associate to join our Investor Relations team. You will be working directly with the VP of Investor Relations as part of a high impact, entrepreneurial and hands on culture. This analytical role entails providing insights and competitive intelligence to management based on analysis of sell side equity research reports, capital markets activity, economic trends and interactions with investors. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing them with strategic insights and analysis derived from our relationships with investors and sell-side analysts.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparing for quarterly earnings releases including monitoring competitive intelligence and providing insights into key themes/messaging to be addressed.</li><li>Assist in designing investor marketing activities, maintain investor activity tracking database and coordinate investor relations events and travel.</li><li>Provide analysis in response to investor ad hoc requests.</li><li>Perform deep dive analysis related to internal corporate investment strategy projects</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams including finance, legal and operations to ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>Maintaining internal financial model projecting earnings.</li></ul>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics. CFA or MBA is a plus.</li><li>2-5 years prior work experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research or related field.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly motivated with strong work ethic.</li><li>Detail oriented with analytical horsepower (strong foundation in finance and accounting).</li><li>Experience with financial modeling, analytical/quantitative work, Excel, corporate finance and accounting</li><li>Able to create high-quality presentations on strategic and/or financial matters</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
