This role is pivotal in connecting our software development teams with our Australian clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complexity in the energy transition and translating their business needs into impactful outcomes through the Modo Energy platform. If you’re passionate about the energy industry, excited by the fast-moving Australian power market, and driven to deliver outstanding customer success, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across developers, utilities, funds, and energy traders in the Australian market.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on account growth, retention, and achieving revenue targets.</li><li>Guide clients in leveraging Modo Energy’s software suite to construct long-term power market scenarios, supporting them in interpreting complex outputs and troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Collaborate with global teams to align resources with client goals and provide feedback that informs product development.</li><li>Gather and communicate client feedback and market-specific insights to the product team, contributing to roadmap priorities for Australia and beyond.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally within SaaS, energy, or tech.</li><li>Proven experience driving account growth or managing revenue targets.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SaaS products; interest in Australian power markets and the energy transition is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Skilled in process management and delivery of time-sensitive projects.</li><li>Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers across the energy ecosystem.</li><li>Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a start-up environment.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM/customer success tools to monitor client health and track opportunities.</li></ul>Important Details<ul><li>We are an in-person company that values collaboration and team culture.
