This individual will focus on material formations, scaling and optimization to support early-stage material discovery for adsorbent manufacturing processes in Numat’s development pipeline. In applied R&amp;D, this individual will shepherd new technology through stages 1 and 2 (out of 5) of Numat’s stage-gate process. This role will require interfacing with the Director of R&amp;D and the Product Development Manager to identify and fully characterize materials for new products. Once materials are identified, this individual will seamlessly transition efforts to the engineering team for manufacturing.
