As the Talent Coordinator for our team in France you will work within a team of 4 individuals, covering 90+ employees. The team’s work spans from 100% HR coverage for consultants and support staff, as well as staffing and growth initiatives for the consultants. You will support the Talent &amp; Operations Director with implementing people practices and culture development, including onboarding and retention of talent, employee experience, employee relations and also talent acquisition; learning and development; performance management; equity, diversity, and inclusion and various strategic HR projects.
