About the role:BlueWave is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of distributed generation (DG)-scale solar and storage projects across their full lifecycle. able to delegate effectively and manage through others. </li><li style="margin:0px;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.38;">Clear and effective communicator with prior experience managing diverse stakeholders (contractors, utilities, investors). </li><li style="margin:0px;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.38;">Proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent). </li><li style="margin:0px;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.38;">Comfortable with regular travel (30%, typically 1-2 days per week).</li><li style="margin:0px;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.38;">Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management, project scheduling, and project finance interfaces.</li><li style="margin:0px;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.38;">Preferred: prior field experience in a similar role (to enable effective oversight and delegation). </li></ul> The anticipated salary range for this role is $157,000- $183,000 per year + bonus.
