Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend services in Java for high-volume, data-intensive applications.</li><li>Architect and maintain big data processing pipelines for real-time and batch analytics.</li><li>Drive database performance tuning and data model optimization.</li><li>Design robust APIs for integration with frontend applications and dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practice development across the team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of professional backend development experience, with at least 5 years in Java.</li><li>Strong proficiency in backend frameworks (Spring, Vert.x, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience with big data tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark, or similar).</li><li>Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience architecting distributed, high-availability systems.</li><li>Nice to have: Familiarity with network layer programming and secure transport protocols (TLS), with the ability to troubleshoot communication issues when needed.</li></ul></div></div>
