About this position
Asset Resolution’s vision is of an empowered financial sector that sets the global economy on a net-zero emissions path. Our mission is to optimize the accessibility anduse of physical asset-level data for climate analysis by financial institutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team. If you’re someone who is passionate about sustainable finance, embraces start-up mentality and a steep learning curve, and is excited to take on new challenges, we’d love to hear from you. We offer the opportunity to contribute to the world of ESG data, learn about sectors key to the climate transition, and experience the growth phase of a start-up.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our team in their daily marketing and communications tasks. You will also assist the Office Manager with some administrative tasks. Your tasks will depend on your experience and the team’s priorities. For example, you will help:
- Strengthen our online presence
- Redesign our website
- Prepare blog posts and LinkedIn posts
- Write a newsletter for our clients
- Prepare ESG data market intelligence reports for the team:
- New initiatives and companies
- Fund raising
- Mergers and acquisition
- Improve our marketing material
- Apply for support funding, e.g.
- Credits d’Impôt Recherche (CIR)
- Grants for start-ups
- Streamline and automate administrative tasks, follow up on the daily to-dos:
- Client tracking and invoicing
- Invoice and payment tracking
- Bookkeeping
Required skills and experience
- Passion for sustainable finance and data
- Experience with marketing and communications activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Wordpress or other similar platforms
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is an advantage.
