The need arises from AECOM securing a place on a new multi-year framework with EirGrid that will be require client engineers at all levels to provide technical services on projects from development to construction. Start here. The T&amp;D department delivers project management, design and owners engineer role for electrical power projects at transmission and distribution voltages across Ireland and across the world. The focus of the team is large-scale grid infrastructure, grid connections, and private networks. Are you ready to join a team of talented and innovative engineers? Here’s what you’ll do:The work can be varied and there will an opportunity to gain experience in the role but will consist of the following:<ul><li>Developing primary plant layouts for HV substations</li><li>Creating equipment specifications for HV Plant and associated equipment</li><li>Providing engineering design input to major infrastructure projects</li><li>Client engineer/Owners’ Engineer role on HV substation/Cable and OHL projects</li><li>Providing HV design input to renewable energy projects e.g., Battery storage, Solar, Hydro and Wind generation</li><li>Providing professional services to clients in Ireland/UK and overseas</li></ul>Enjoy the Perks.
