These investments include venture capital, private equity and debt investments, all of which support the fund mandates of generating returns while creating community impact and supporting businesses in underserved parts of the United States. With the other members of the applicable deal team, the associate performs due diligence, prepares financial models and investment presentations, negotiates terms, and assists with execution and documentation during closing. Equally importantly, associates help to monitor and support our existing portfolio of investments.
