HYDAC’s passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized any demand our customers require.&nbsp; The Vice President of Sales, Global Mobile Account role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to profitability grow the targeted customers (Global Mobile OEM Accounts).&nbsp; You will make an impact in this role by:<ul><li>Develop plans and strategies for capturing new business and achieving the company’s sales goals while implementing HYDAC’s Corporate Sales Strategy.</li><li>Effectively communicate market trends, voice of customer feedback including product competitiveness to management including Product Division Managers.</li><li>Provide reporting on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and maintain customer information, opportunities and relationship statuses within the CRM.</li><li>Work with the product divisions to develop the process, resources and structure to support and grow business with our Global Mobile Accounts.</li><li>Utilize technical product and applications experts within the Product Division and Sales Organization to grow our business within the targeted accounts</li><li>Manage customer expectations and scorecards and work with management (including Product Divisions) in driving actions to improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Develop pricing strategy and processes to increase profitability with Product Divisions</li><li>Work with other HYDAC Identities and sales organizations to coordinate our efforts with Global Mobile Accounts. Developing global metrics, processes and strategies.</li><li>Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.</li><li>Develop and implement a strategy to leverage marketing department to grow our relationship and sales revenue with the target customers</li><li>Develop and maintain key customer relationships and participate in strategic meetings and closing key opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships within HYDAC Global Entities in order to implement the sales and product strategy</li><li>Set goals and objectives for each team members in line with the HYDAC Sales Strategy and goals</li><li>Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.</li><li>Manage the sales team and coordinate HYDAC’s global sales team to deliver profitable growth utilizing our system approach and 6D selling process.</li><li>Define and implement an optimal team structure to service Global Mobile OEM&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the team expenses within the estimated budgets.</li><li>Hire, train and develop individual within the team.</li><li>Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.</li><li>This position requires extensive travel.</li></ul> </div>
