In this role, you’ll be the go-to person at Planet A Ventures ensuring our digital setup is seamless, secure, and reliable — enabling us to drive forward planet-positive entrepreneurship.Position Details<ul><li>Part-time: 15-20h/week</li><li>Location: Ideally Berlin (with flexibility for remote work)</li><li>Start date: As soon as possible</li></ul><h2>Tasks</h2>User &amp; Device Management<ul><li>Set up and manage user accounts (Google Workspace, Affinity, Personio, Slack, etc.)</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding IT processes</li><li>Handle licenses and software access</li><li>Handle hardware (Macbooks / iPhones)</li></ul>**Support &amp; Troubleshooting **<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for IT issues within the team</li><li>Provide remote and occasional on-site support (WiFi (Ubiquiti), office internet, printers, hardware)</li><li>Coordinate device repairs and replacements</li></ul>**Software &amp; Device Administration **<ul><li>Manage our MDM system (Kandji)</li><li>Oversee updates, security patches, and access rights</li><li>Document IT processes and maintain the lightweight IT service log</li></ul>**Data &amp; Backups **<ul><li>Implement and monitor backup routines (Google Drive, Snowflake/Affinity)</li><li>Ensure data integrity and IT security standards</li></ul>**Administration &amp; Budgeting **<ul><li>Manage software subscriptions and IT-related invoices</li><li>Support IT budget tracking and documentation</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Familiarity with Mac/Apple environments</li><li>Ideally first experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM (ideally Kandji), and SaaS tools</li><li>Familiarity with IT security practices and backup strategies</li><li>Able to work independently while taking initiative</li><li>Structured, reliable, and pragmatic problem-solver</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).
