Position OverviewApollo Global Management is seeking a highly motivated Channel Marketing Director to join the growing Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, specifically aimed at supporting the firm’s Global Wealth Management (GWMS) channel distribution efforts in North America (NA) and Latin America (LATAM). The ideal candidate should understand the global wealth sales process and their client base (Wires, Private Banks, RIAs, Independent Broker Dealers, Family Offices, etc.). They should also be to successfully collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the firm as our team works with them to develop client engagement strategies – marketing campaigns, communications and event support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Help lead development and help execute the go-to-market plan for GWMS in NA + LATAM</li><li>Be a strong partner to marketing and sales colleagues (brand, design, content, events, digital, and product marketing) to bring the best thinking to marketing initiatives</li><li>Manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time and on budget</li><li>Support execution of marketing campaigns, client and internal sales communications, and event support</li><li>Review and analyze campaign data vs KPIs with the ability to communicate results to internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure content is consistent with messaging and brand</li><li>Work with colleagues to best prioritize and package content for different target audiences factoring in types of content (e.g., educational, value add, etc.), channel-specific needs/interests, and media consumption preferences</li><li>Effectively present rationale and ideas to internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure content is accurate and meets compliance/regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all firm investment capabilities, financial markets, and general investment topics</li><li>Seek to improve processes and effectiveness whenever possible</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; ExperienceKnowledge And Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li><li>8+ years of marketing experience in the asset management/financial services industry</li><li>Proven Subject Matter Expert in marketing functions (e.g., campaigns, events, content, and channel strategies), with deep knowledge of GWMS client needs and market trends</li><li>Demonstrates strong business focus and has proven success in driving opportunity and influencing capital raise through marketing initiatives</li><li>Team leadership qualities</li><li>Superior written communication skills</li></ul>Knowledge and Skills:<ul><li>Track record of executing marketing initiatives with measured results</li><li>Team player with strong collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Test and learn mindset and desire to innovate to drive results</li><li>Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Takes ownership - goes above and beyond without having to be asked or prompted</li><li>Fluent in Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Powerpoint, and Excel</li></ul>Pay Range$150K - $190KApollo Global Management, Inc.
