Join our Heating &amp; Refrigeration Team in Colombia and support us as a Service Sales Support.Responsibilities / Tasks<div></div><div><ul><li>Manage and respond to customer inquiries and/or requests.</li><li>Manage customer purchase orders in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and novelties.</li><li>Prepare offers based on customer needs.</li><li>Record daily activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.</li><li>Record daily activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.</li><li>Interact with internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.</li><li>Proactively follow up on open offers, orders, warranties, and support wit invoicing and backlog.</li></ul></div>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline (electronic, mechanical, etc.)</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in after-sales or service departments.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of SAP.</li><li>Have industrial refrigeration knowledge about the full refrigeration cycle.</li><li>Experience in working with ammonia (CO2) and F-gasses.</li><li>Sales of: Spare part, Service contracts (SLA’s), Field Service (preventive, corrective and predictive) and Retrofit projects.</li><li>The Service Sales engineer must be able to advice customers what service must be done to the refrigeration installation.</li><li>Required languages: English B2.</li><li>Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures.</li><li>Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.</li><li>The ability to exert influence on his / her customers by conviction, persuasion and negotiation.</li><li>Can implement delegated tasks effectively, whilst maintaining involvement and responsibility for outcomes.</li><li>The ability to gain high levels of trust from customers and to predict customer and competitor actions.</li><li>Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
