Repsol Renewables Services North America (“RRSNA”) is targeting to own and operate 3-4 GW of renewable capacity in North America by 2027.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, personable, and professional Operations and Maintenance Intern for our summer program to join our team!</p><p></p><p>If you are passionate about working in a global, inclusive, and collaborative team to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for RRSNA and the communities we serve, we want to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><b>This is a twelve (12) week program starting May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026, in Downtown Houston.</b>    </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li>Assist in preparation of analysis and reporting for key activities and projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; reviews reporting packages and documents  </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in compiling of weekly executive summary and key performance indicator reports </li></ul><ul><li>Use independent judgment to analyze data and make recommendations for changes to support significant business initiatives and to drive critical business decisions </li></ul><ul><li>Identifies areas for process improvement through data analysis and strategic thinking </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the documentation of current and future-state processes to create support for changes through flowcharts, business requirements documents, data definitions, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Supports the development, documentation, and implementation of new procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Produces custom reports and analysis </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and present progress reports to the management and leadership teams </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and effectively communicate with all teams on the project. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b> </p><ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa</li><li>Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering or a related discipline degree program.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding the fundamentals of solar operations and maintenance </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran</b> </p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;">Required skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p>
