We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical System Design &amp; Integration<ul><li>Interpret project specifications and requirements to design and develop low/medium-voltage electrical systems, including MCCs, control panels, switchgear, and power distribution.</li><li>Apply domain knowledge of STP, clarifiers, ozone systems, UV disinfection, pumping stations, aeration blowers, sludge handling, and chemical dosing systems.</li><li>Ensure electrical layouts and component selection are optimized for safety, maintainability, and performance in wastewater environments.</li></ul>Project Execution &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Contribute to NPD and order engineering projects from design through commissioning.</li><li>Prepare electrical deliverables: schematics, SLDs, GA drawings, cable tray layouts, cable schedules, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, BOMs, load and heat calculations, loop drawings, and termination documents.</li><li>Estimate task execution time and deliver quality outputs within schedule.</li><li>Support localization of global products to meet regional standards and compliance.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, risk assessments, and DFMEA activities.</li><li>Support panel/MCC testing and validation against design requirements and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare submittals, technical reports, and design justifications for internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Global Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with project managers, product managers, and mechanical engineers across all project phases.</li><li>Coordinate with global/local teams, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and execution.</li><li>Participate in international meetings and clearly articulate technical concepts in English.</li><li>Be open to short-term and long-term travel, locally and internationally, for project execution and customer/vendor support.</li></ul><div></div>Skills &amp; QualificationsMust-Have<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.</li><li>5–8 years of experience in electrical design for the wastewater treatment industry.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.</li><li>Knowledge of control panel and MCC design for Rockwell and Siemens systems, including UL/CE component and enclosure selection.</li><li>Strong knowledge of power distribution, MCC design, electrical protection, and switchgear selection.</li><li>Experience in load calculations (transformer, generator, busbars, protective devices, cables).</li><li>Knowledge of instrumentation and sensor wiring, including signal cabling, power supply integration, and interface with control systems.</li><li>Experience in cable schedules, loop drawings, termination documents, and heat load calculations.</li><li>Understanding of UL, CE, IEC, NFPA, NEC, and NEMA standards.</li><li>Ability to work independently on assigned deliverables and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong English communication skills with ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office tools.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with E-Plan.</li><li>Experience in product localization for regional compliance.</li><li>Knowledge of backup power systems (generators, ATS, UPS) for wastewater facilities.</li><li>Understanding of earthing, lightning protection, and corrosion protection.</li><li>Awareness of power quality and harmonics management in heavy motor load environments.</li><li>Experience in transformer integration for ozone generators.</li><li>Experience in integrating pre-designed ballast cards for UV systems, considering ventilation and thermal management.</li><li>Prior experience in EPC projects.</li></ul><div></div>This role requires effective management of tasks and priorities along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
